The gentlemen working here were incredibly helpful and kind! They had what I needed for a replacement part on a home oxygen machine and were quick to help as soon as I walked in the door. Highly recommend!

I took my boyfriend here as soon as we got his ankle cast removed to get him a protective boot. The service was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and informational. I absolutely recommend them!!

From the beginning I found Margie to be helpful, professional and friendly.
I was in desperate need for a walker and a wheelchair to be delivered that day. She made the arrangements for both, and took my credit card information over the phone. My family and I were thrilled about all of that.

A few days later on a Saturday we discovered we needed a hospital bed. Mike took my order and made sure the bed was delivered on Monday by Timothy.

We bought the walker and are renting the wheelchair and the bed month to month.

We were given proper and complete Instructions on how the equipment works, thank goodness!

My family and I could not be more pleased with the team at Quality Team. We sincerely hope we will not need their services again...but if we do, you can be sure we will call them.

Every employee was friendly and knowledgeable. Mike and Allen helped me with a wheelchair rental for my husband. They gave me a courtesy call when the month was up -- I had so much on my plate, I'd totally forgotten -- most other places would instantly charge your card without a heads-up, but they were very polite and understanding. Would *definitely* recommend.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Took my grandma's scooters and my mom's power chairs there and they helped me get them in and out of my SUV, the older woman even helped me, and the owner I'm assuming, did also and he has a bad back. If they couldn't help us with something they referred us elsewhere that could. I'd recommend this place to anyone, because they've only ever gone above and beyond our expectations which is kinda saying a lot really..

This team is not only thorough but kind and helpful. My mom needed a part for her c-pap and even though they didn't have the part, they found one for me and pointed me in the right direction. Allen and his team are great! Best in Kern County!!!
