I'm a small business GC builder. Every time I need a sheetmetal service, Lux has been there for me. The business is large enough to have a great front end presence when you call, and well run so that the front knows when to get the shop or owner involved for questions or special needs. My projects aren't important for this review, but a big thanks To David Wiggins for always understanding my needs and taking the needed steps to address my needs.

Prices are absolutely fair considering a real journeyman is setting up the right equipment to do the job as needed with the right materials. Read that sentence again. Yes, setup, labor and materials. Real machining/fabrication. I happy to pay those charges when Lux has litterally saved me DAYS by providing a real turn key customer fab shop and work g to streamline the product to make the fab easier. These are the kinds of shops that need to survive for the building industry to continue.

I needed an out of production replacement stainless steel part of my Jade range. I was able to get the CAD files from Jade and Dave at Lux did a great job fabbing up a part that included water jetting and brake forming stainless. The part came out beautifully and at very reasonable pricing.

From Dave the owner to Zach and Jake in the shop, along with Pat in the office and the rest of the crew. I am very satisfied with the custom brackets that were produced with extremely high quality and craftsmanship. I needed 2 brackets for my swim deck on my ski boat. Even though this was a small job, everyone at Lux metals Inc. treated my wife and I as if we were ordering 50 brackets. This is my shop for any future work.

Dave and Crew @ Lux Metals are awesome!! They are always providing top notch Service and Materials. I have never had a problem with ordering materials,and getting them to meet deadlines of my customers. I even had him custom build a gate (12'-0) on the side of my house about 8 years ago and I am still getting complements on it.... I would highly recommend them

If I find myself with need for welding or metal fab, I'll be coming back to Jacob and team. They took a small job and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it.

They “accidentally charged our account 8k”
Big NO NO.
They said they would take 2-3 weeks to complete our project.
6 weeks later we were still at square 1.
Had to help him with some leg work and then decided to not finish our project.
Very disappointed in LUX Metals
Would not recommend or ever use again for any project.
