As the COO of AVIAN Inventory Management, I was tasked with finding a contractor to support tenant improvement plans to our building in late 2022. Invision Construction & Development was selected after interviewing two other candidates. Bennet Sebastian (owner) presented an impressive portfolio of projects and came across as straightforward, knowledgeable and experienced in the Orlando area. My CEO and I were extremely pleased with the outcome of the massive improvements, which included a 10,000 square foot environmentally controlled storage room, six additional offices, and two large breakrooms (with kitchens) for our employees. Most importantly, the project was completed on time and on budget. We are now in discussion with Invision for further improvements and expansion. We highly recommend Invision for any major construction projects.
