A little intimidating to go here since they mostly speak chinese and deal with professionals. I just needed a contactor for an ac outdoor unit and some fuses. I was helped by a guy who knew what i needed and he told me to wait outside. He created an invoice and someone else brought the parts out to me. I got the parts i needed and price was good. So im happy. I guess they could be friendlier but it worked out ok for me.

Purchasing an item get told they dont have in stock, but few hours later, someone got what I was looking for. Called for exchange. They wont do it. They were trying to sell items that they have overstock, and lied to consumers about inventory. They tried to trap consumers buying something they dont want.

UPDATE: And then, they said I refused to leave phone number.Why ask me to leave phone number if I already purchased the item and you wont exchange? Why is the purpose? You should know your shipment arrival. However, if you are honest to let me know the shipment will come later of day. I would wait and come back. However, you wait till I made and purchase. I do not see honest business here.

Customer service is garbage , no even can go inside store , if you go they going crazy , i buy “pack “ 200 amp main panel the guy tell me 660 then i change price to 764 dlls
They not even speak inglish( no way for make bisnes)
they are foreigners

TW has the worst customer service. When you approach them, they ask, "What you need"? as if you're invading their space & they want you off NOW! After showing one rep the part that I needed, he immediately nodded his head, used a deep, low, authoritarian voice to say, "Don't have". His body language spelled "LEAVE. You're not welcomed here". The 2nd rep that I approached was worse. He didn't even look at me. He didn't talk to me. He just nodded his head NO. I don't care if these reps are foreigners. They need to show courtesy to all customers. If they don't speak perfect English, we could have communicated by pointing/body signs but their attitude just showed that they're racists, that they will not help you & they want you off their premises!!! Animals would've been more courteous!!
