We have had nothing but problems with our home that DE Robinson built! We have been in our house for about a year after being built. Bad materials causing leaks throughout the house, black mold from leaks and poor construction, our entire vent for dryer was closed off and almost caused a fire. Dwayne doesn’t respond to emails or texts and does not honor the warranty on the house. Beware of using him as a builder!!! Contrary to what DE Robinson states below.. everything was paid in full! In order to close on a house you have to pay all outstanding bills! What he states below is just not true. This is again why he is not to be trusted or relied upon to do any work!! We have engaged lawyers to now recoup money we have spent to repair issues on a house that is only 1 year old!!

On time, on budget, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent workmanship. All too often remodeling and building can be difficult at the best of times, with Dwayne we had the opposite experience. Dwayne and his team were on top of all the details and came up with creative solutions when needed. We are very happy with the work and cannot recommend them enough.
