During the first year, Benji's service contract was honored. However, when the video camera connection for Pedestrian communication was not working, Benji refused to take any responsibility, blaming my internet and/or phone service for the problem. The issue was resolved when Liftmaster tech support Chamberlain informed me that the system Contact (Benji) should have updated Firmware. This update was not only ignored but responsibility denied by Benji, I took Benji off the system and replaced him with a Chamberlain authorized technician. The system is working well now. Furthermore, Benji agreed to partially compensate me for the service contract that he did not honor but I haven't received payment yet. I'm considering Small Claims Court.

I contacted them regarding four gates on my property at various stages of disrepair: some didn't align/close, some were rusty, and some were both misaligned and rusty. When I say rusty, I mean so rusted that entire portions of the gate have holes straight through; completely rotten.

Benjamin came to give a free quote. He communicated clearly before, during, and after and provided a fair and detailed quote pretty quickly. I even compared his quote by getting a second one and it was fair and professional in comparison to a competitor.

When the day the job came, Benjamin showed up right on time. He worked relentlessly, focusing on his work, and left the work area clean and tidy. He gave occasional progress updates and was understanding about our family's needs to use some of the work area for the dogs to go to the bathroom.

Benjamin replaced several pieces of my gates with new sheet metal that he custom-made on the worksite, then fit, and welded. All gates are aligned properly, the close and latch properly and look generally new. He even paid attention to detail and added some gaps between the bottom of gates the ground to help prevent moisture from "climbing up" the gates and making them rusted again.
