I usually get my CPAP supplies elsewhere but was in a tight spot and bought a couple of cushions. I was sold the wrong item and when I went in to switch it out, the gentleman behind the desk did not believe me and insisted he had given me the right item. No dice. He finally switched me out but I won’t go there again. Also, my receipt had the wrong name on it 🙁

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE MY MOM WALKED IN THE GENEMAN SAID WHAT YOU NEED AND SHE SAID A BLOOD RESSURE MONITOR AND HE SAID I DOUBT IT WAS COVERED AND TRYED TO SALE AN OLD FASHION ONE HE NEEDS TO QORK ON PEOPLE SKILLS!!!
