I have been waiting for some steel they supposedly ordered for over a month. First few times it didn't come in because of holiday, then they don't know why, then it was miss ordered. Now I have no idea because they apparently have some new phone system and you can't find out anything, jist keeps going back to main menu. They're service has gone not just down hill, but over a cliff. Only reason I would get anything from them is because the company uses them. What a shame.

The friendliest and most helpful guys in town!
Prices are reasonable - They have always worked with me to save some money. They also bend over backwards to help find, cut and load material. Helpful advice, too, for those just starting out.
They will never make you feel like an outsider.

from the first time I did business with Phoenix welding supply, (though back then it was Aztec Welding Supply) they took care of me. It didn't matter who was working cause everyone there not only knew their stuff but you could tell they liked their job. Which makes a huge difference in their customer service versus employees who don't like their job. this is the only store I'll do business with and I now live in Colorado and will wait till I can come down or I'll order over the phone. they have earned my loyalty time and time again.

These guys are always willing to help. Decent amount of welding supplies. Shop doesn't look like it has much but seems like they always have what I'm looking for and They are open on Saturday. Everyone else is closed.

Gas and steel prices are higher than other local suppliers. I needed 40' of 1" square 16 ga. tube, they were out and none on order. A local competitor had as much as I wanted and were .60 a foot cheaper. A cylinder of Co2/Arg 25% cost me $53. The competitor..... $42. Conclusion, shop around.......
