I can't say that I'm satisfied. And I don’t understand where the five stars come from? True, I arrived three hours earlier. They couldn't find my PU number, they sent me to the other end of the building, and they sent me back. But in the end I was told to wait in the wings. And the download took about two hours. In general, I stood there for five hours. Sorry, but maximum two stars.

Very nice people,for loading just out within hour .receiving/Dispatch office located at door no 2 center of the building . Please make sure trailer is clean and carry at least 2 loadlocks no restrooms potty porta available

Facility was simple and efficient to check in . Very neat and clean as well. Receivers were professional and personable. Most importantly, load was unloaded very quickly. Much quicker than any other large or small warehouse. So very satisfied with experience.

Receivers could use some lessons from these folks. Super nice people! A real change from the typical sour attitudes of so many rcvrs out there.. Quick dock assignment. Fast unload without using the ramp as a launch pad. BOLS ready within minutes of dock door closing. Truly a pleasure to deliver freight here.
