This place is suck … my appointment was 9:00am. Checked in around 8:30am. Got the door at 1pm. Started uploading around 2pm. Done at 3pm…

Had 7am pickup, say in my assigned door for 3.5hrs before getting slowly loaded with the incorrect load. 6.5hrs later went to check after getting the green light, incorrect load was verified. Was allowed to drop trailer to finish loading and came back the next morning to nobody in the office 3.5hrs after their opening hours for the day. I hope I never come back here.

Appointment at 0900, arrived 0830. Assigned a door at 1215 but other driver hadn’t even been called for papers. Waited 35 minutes for them to clear the door. 1445 still waiting for them to hit the red light. 2 other drivers ahead of me waiting for their loads to start.

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. The staff was uncooperative, and there were significant delays in loading. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait for hours, which affected our schedule. Communication was poor, and the facilities were not well-maintained. I would not recommend this facility to others

5 hours to load . Prepare to wait !!! Truck entrance off Jefferson, plenty of room to park and check in and lots of room to maneuver. Clean restrooms.
