From quote to completion Brian was in continuous communication with me. Before I even hired Williams Construction, I received a thorough quote for the job and discussed all of my wish list items. Brian made sure I knew about the progress and warned of any issues that could potentially arise; then of course if something did come up, he let me know right away. I threw a couple extra requests at him and he still delivered. We had our share of hiccups, but every time we recovered, and were able to stay on budget and on time. His crew was always friendly and patient with me when I would stop by to take a look at things or ask questions. We decided to do a full home renovation and could not be more grateful for Brian and the team at Williams Construction and Consulting. Brian took the time to understand our design and budget. Communication was clear and Brian kept us updated every step of the way. This was our first remodel and we had plenty of questions and Brian was always available to provide answers. Once work began, the crews showed up on time, worked hard all day, and were very friendly. We were living in the house during part of the reno and the crew was very respectful and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. Brian is an excellent and prompt communicator. He takes pains to make sure his clients understand problems that arise during construction when walls are opened and plumbing is uncovered. Brian and his team are the real deal. From the very beginning right upfront with how the remodel was going to go. Gave us a time table that has finished almost to the day which is something I was warned by many friends expect twice as long and an extra 20% on the proposed price. The only addition to our price was due to add ons to the project that we requested.

Our project was no easy renovation. Complete remodel, walls were taken down, all the flooring came out, Windows were added and others removed. Sinks and toilets were moved as well. So finding a contractor to take this on is something not taken lightly.

Since we are living down the street during the remodel I either drove by or visited the site daily. There was always work going on, Sundays, late into Friday evenings. They are on task and take pride in they're work. I had also heard horror stories of workers not showing up, they were there everyday. Not only is the workmanship incredible they keep the work environment clean and orderly.

Whenever I texted Brian with a question he got back to me immediately.

Brian and his crew will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. If you have concerns about who to hire for you're project put you're mind at ease and go with Brian. We will certainly be using Brian for any future projects.

Brian and his team did a terrific job on my remodeling project. It was actually three projects at one time. Flooring in three bedrooms, extensive remodel of master bathroom and complete guest bathroom remodel.
It was a lot of work but Brian is skilled at keeping things on schedule and organized. He is always available to answer questions, even when I've texted him on weekends.
His team members work together very well. They are all efficient, professional, friendly and talented at getting all the little details just right.
Everything looks fantastic but I especially love my bathroom. My wish was to have a spa like, relaxing personal space and that is exactly what Brian and his crew gave me. Thank you guys!

Brian and his entire team are absolutely TOP NOTCH! This is coming from someone with facilities and construction experience - both myself and my husband. I'm also quite picky and a project manager by trade....so my expectations are extremely high.

Brian and his crew far exceeded all the expectations that we had! All the trades crew are the BEST at what they do! We had a massive flood in a new build home. The damages were almost $25K in repairs. With a new build home, simply patching something is not an option. It had to be restored to brand new condition and match the existing. We have a 2,000 square foot downstairs....the flood his about 60% of that. It was 7 rooms (closets, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, foyer, and hallways). All the drywall, insulation, painting, trim, and many cabinets. The house looks absolutely PRISTINE and you would NEVER know that there was a flood. In several cases - Brian's guys put it back BETTER than the builder built it! Where I had poor trimwork and painting - his guys fixed it to be even better!

I knew everything that was going on, every single step of the way. Brian gave us an extremely fair and reasonable quote. He also offered options on how to do certain things when we were not sure. Giving both sides of the equation and helping us to decide which was most important to us. He was honest and more than fair and transparent in his pricing, timelines, and where there may be challenges. We had contractors who refused to give options and transparent pricing - they just asked how much the insurance check was for. Brian never asked that. He asked what we needed done, what was most important and walked us through every other step.

An insurance repair and flood damage are not easy individually. To combine the two together - can be a nightmare! Brian was an ACE and on top of the entire situation!

I will NEVER use another contractor as long as we live out here! Honest, fair, organized and hardworking contractors (plus their crews) are few and far between! Williams Construction is a DIAMOND in the ROUGH and we will use them for all our remodel needs and recommend them to others without any hesitation.
