I'm a retired US Navy Captain that has been on USN ships in every ocean of the world as well as responsible for a US Navy Shipyard. My wife and I have been transferred to the east coast, west coast and mid-america. In each location we have upgraded our homes using local contractors, so we think we know a few things about contracting, upgrading, responsibility, continuity, planning, work plans, quality of work and most importantly commitment, responsibility and meeting commitments. These things are clearly the hallmark of Outlook Construction. From Steve the owner to Dustin one of the pro workers, they all embody the best of things that I have mentioned above. In the ten years we have lived in Flagstaff, Outlook has remodeled our bath and kitchen and neither were "easy" jobs. They have delivered on their commitments, worked with us on design, and provided exceptional quality work. Outlook Construction did a complete kitchen remodel for us, spring of 2018. We could not be more pleased with the result! The team who performed the work did a very nice job in every aspect of counters, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, painting etc. We particularly appreciated the fact that they
1. Did everything on time as promised;
2. Kept the work area immaculately clean during the day and after they finished for the day;
3. No arguments about extra, unforeseen expenses;
4. Gave us a work schedule, which they adhered to, for the four weeks the job required;
5. Scheduled the work such that we had a minimum of total down-time (about two days), when the kitchen area could not be used at all.
Also, it should be emphasized that we got a free CAD 3-D drawing of the planned kitchen, professionally done (with no strings attached), before we signed the contract.
We are very happy with our new kitchen, thanks to the team members and owner of Outlook Construction.
