Called on 2/3/16 to ask for an estimate for one of our customers(not going to mention names on this review) person was very friendly, agreed to go next day by 6pm, I updated customer. 2 Days later no response to my msg lft at office. called again on 2/8 and sent an email, called on 2/9 no response to my msgs, called office again 2/10 I spoke with office staff gave me estimators name and number, Spoke with estimator he says no he hasn't even gone to job yet, after a quick 2 min conversation with estimator it was apparent he didn't have a clue as to what needed to happen to provide the estimate. Bit of advice Harrington learn to communicate!
