I gave this European Wax Center at Wellington location a one star because they are unprofessional with their appointments. I had scheduled an appointment for Thursday afternoon at 5:30, that appointment was canceled because the technician was not going to be in. So I rescheduled for Thursday morning at 9 AM for another technician. Upon arriving to the appointment on Thursday morning at 9 AM, the front desk girl informed me that the wax technician who was going to take care of me was going to be late 15 to 20 minutes. It’s is unacceptable because I have to be at work at 9:30, they did not have anyone else who could take me for the appointment. They did not reach out to me either regarding this issue and waited til I arrived to let me know. I will not be coming back to this location, they are under staff and do not honor their appointments.
