Went in on a spontaneous chance and loved it! Great looking shop, super helpful kid working in there, didn’t catch his name but he was so friendly and willing to help, didn’t try and sell us on something if he genuinely didn’t know enough about it. Only thing I would say is the prices for certain things were a little high, $18 for ground venison was a bit of a push

Bought two Tri-Tip at $10.99 a pound spending over $60 and had to cut off huge chunks of fat, at least over a pound was fat. My first experience is definitely disappointing.

Absolutely the best. I goofed though when ordering Ribeye steaks. I had never been to an actual meat market and ordered 6 steaks six inches thick. Oops lol. They where the size of a small roast. They where amazing though, will never purchase steaks from anywhere else. Also excellent customer service

I wouldn’t recommend going there cause they rip people off or they are just bunch of crooks. They had to be shut down.

I get they are not responsible for coolers when deer are dropped off, but to completely destroy my cooler when I dropped it off is unacceptable. They broke both handles, smashed it where it doesn't close and cracked the entire cooler down the middle. Also, they didn't rinse out the cooler and the deer processing was average. I would not advice taking your deer meat to them. Took mine there for years, but not anymore!

We got a package with the NY strips which were tough and skinny. We also got sirloin patties and they looked freezer burnt and tasted horrible after I fixed them. The store reeked of something rotten also.
I’ll be going back to 5R Custom Meats in MT. Vernon, Arkansas for fresh meat.

I have been shopping at this meat market for at least one year. I had no issues with them beforehand and I am not sure what has changed. They have absolutely horrible customer service. My buddy and I go pick up a couple of sirloins and some burgers. The quality is not the same and I am missing half of the burgers. I return back to the store to claim the remaining burgers and they state I am lying to them and refuse any sort of refund. They refused any receipt.These people are liars and I highly recommend purchasing at another meat market. So disappointing how they treat someone who loyally purchased from them.

We feel mislead by the specials flyer. Purchased #5 special and they were out of New York strips so we accepted the swap for ribeye as the other 5 steaks. Bringing the order home the steaks were super thin breakfast cut ribeye. Not what you expect. Great selection but that's as far as my compliments extend for this place. I don't think we'll be coming back unfortunately.
