My husband and I were very pleased with our experiences. We had never been here before but were very interested in stopping in, but with how our work schedule is by the time we got off work and would make it over there they would be closed for the day, but this time we got lucky. From the second we walked in we were greeted with a friendly welcome from the owners and asked if we needed help with anything. We had come in to look at a particular smoker that my husband had saw online that he had his eye on for a while now. We browsed their selection of seasonings, sauces, and BBQ necessities and eventually made our way to the smokers. Now my husband smokes meat quite often but he is not a competition grade smoker by any means but we know a thing or two about smoking meat. Not one time did Brian or Jenny ever try to up sell us on a smoker or make us feel dumb for asking questions! They were very down to Earth and wanted us to get what we felt would work best for us! We ended up getting our smoker and went on our way and when leaving Brian and Jenny said we could call them anytime and ask questions if need be!
A week later when my husband went back to get something else Jenny remembered him by name and asked how everything was going with our new smoker!! Great people and great business! Will definitely be going there for our BBQ needs!

After coming into DDR multiple times now I’ve purchased an Old Country Gen 2, multiple spices, rubs, and glazes and never once has Brian or Jenny tried to up sell me. They are both wonderful people and very straight forward. You tell them what you are doing and they will point you in the direction to get the job done. One of the biggest worries when going into a store like this is that the owners are going to make you feel less for not knowing or asking questions, Brian and Jenny not only invite this but go above and beyond to pass their knowledge onto you and I can’t thank them enough. Super stoked to have bought my replacement grates for my Cantina XXL pit. Its been out of commision for over a year and somehow I stumbled across DDR Fab and ordered the oval shaped grates and I am blown away by the quality and precision measurements that are used to make these replacement grates.
