Moved here from Chicago 1 year ago and our basement had a leak/stream in the crawlspace that we wanted stopped. Called a number of contractors who provided solutions from $3,000-$17,000...YIKES!!!!
I'm uncertain how we got a hold of Mike at Arkansas Outdoor Professionals, but I'm sure glad we did.

Mike started by telling us that we should dig FIRST and find the problem rather than simply forge ahead and spend more than needed. He was the ONLY one that took that approach!

Well....After the last 3 days of rain I am happy to tell you the problem was resolved and it was NO WHERE near the cost provided by the others!!!

ALL the guys that came out were professional, cordial, and polite.

I hired this company to remove some metal edging, landscape gravel, and shrubs and to replace it with block edging and mulch. The quality of the work performed was just atrocious. There was about 2 inches deep of gravel left in the beds. The block border was simply placed on top of the gravel so that a gravel layer is visible and the blocks are so unsteady that they fall over if bumped. They didn't even remove gravel down to the previous layer of landscape fabric. What gravel they did remove was left strewn around my yard. The yard had to be raked so the gravel wouldn't ruin the mower. I paid for "weed removal" which consisted of them simply leveling everything with a weed eater and covering it with landscape fabric. All the roots are still there and began growing back within a couple weeks.

I paid $1300 to have these flowerbeds prepared for planting and basically had to have everything redone after this "professional" company finished their work. When I brought my complaints to the owner, Michael Caudle indicated that they apparently never intended to remove the gravel as I had paid them to do and instead "common practice would be to dig out an area for a plant". I absolutely NEVER would have hired them had I known the quality of work (or lack thereof) they planned on performing. I feel like I have been scammed. PLEASE be cautious with this company. I can only recommend hiring someone (ANYONE) else for any landscaping jobs.

Terrible service, poor communication. This company is nothing more than scammers. They don’t show up most weeks. After trying all summer to have them manage our lawn service we finally gave up. We gave them a 30day notice per their contract. Once that notice was given they never showed up again then tried billing us for that month. Mike is honestly a complete jerk and dishonest.

The crew at Arkansas Outdoor Professionals have taken care of our Church Property for several years, doing an excellent job. When I asked them to assist with one of our member's yards while she was in the hospital, they made special arrangements to get it done right away. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!

I live out of state but was born and raised in Arkansas and have a small pice of property still in the beautiful ozarks . Starting the proses of setting up a lawn service with AOP. Quick response to call and very sweet, said they would get back quickly to see if I’m in the aria of operations.
