After trying to get him to even come out and look at the horrible job his crew did, we have hired someone else. We paid $6500 to replace floor joists, subfloor and place tile in a small kitchen. The crew slapped the vinyl tile over the rotted wood, replacing none of the subfloor or joists and after a year of promises and unkept appointments we have hired someone to take pictures for court and do the floor correctly. We previously had good work from him, but not this time. Terribly disappointed trying to work with him on this one.
