Came upon One Source Construction as one of the 3 contractors I contacted to quote a tile floor and fireplace renovation. They were 1 of the 2 that replied and came to the house to quote the job. David gave a great first impression and was willing to give ideas when measuring out the work.
After the quote came, we went to the office to confirm tile/stone selection. As they were still moving from another office not all of their selection of tile was available at the time. When my wife was not okay with that days selection of colors they stated more would be available early next week. True to what they said, by Tuesday the next week they asked when we could come down to view more samples. Jacqueline really nailed the colors to my wife's liking this time and we settled on price and time of work immediately.
David was able to grab appropriate tools to keep working when a slight hiccup came up with my original floor. Demo/install of both the floor and fireplace was done with minimal mess and the finished product looks great.
Would definitely use them for more work, and I'm getting a quote for more work from them at this time as well.

We needed the flooring redone in half our house after a bad water heater leak. We got several quotes from different contractors but ended up going with One Source Construction. They didn’t have the lowest quote but we decided to use them after meeting David. David was professional, very knowledgeable in his field and overall we felt comfortable with having him in our home working on the house. They offer very nice high quality material that made it easy for us to choose want we wanted.
Jacqueline was in charge of the project from start to finish. She was friendly and very easy to communicate with. She always answered all questions promptly. My husband and I work a lot but she was able to plan everything with our tight scheduling and made the whole process quick and easy. They were on time everyday and were very clean with their work. Floors came out beautiful and looked better than we imagined. We like how the flooring came out so much that we used them again for our bathroom remodel and will be definitely using them again in the future.

Based on reviews, I contacted One Source Construction for a quote on approx. 1,300 sq. ft. of flooring. David came out to the house (at the scheduled time) to take measurements and while there he explained all the steps that would take place to get the job done. His quote was reasonable ( had 3 companies bid) and when my husband and I went to the office to look at flooring choices, David and Jacqueline were very helpful and gave us excellent advice. After much deliberation, we decided to go with One Source because we felt that David and Jacqueline were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Once the project began, David was on time each day, explained what work was going to be done that day and when we hit a "glitch" David and Jacqueline went above and beyond helping us to make sure the project was completed. Our new floors are beautiful and I will definitely be hiring David again when the times comes to remodel our bathroom. I would unequivocally recommend them for any job. We had a restoration project due to a flood, and from the first quote to the final walk through, David and Jacqueline were the upmost professionals and great to work with. Jacqueline was extremely helpful when it came to picking our materials and patterns, taking the time to understand what our likes were and providing suggestion based on our taste. Additionally, she was pleasant and helpful when answering our questions concerning the contract and cost. David and his crew were professional and detailed. The care they have for the customer and the pride they take in their job was obvious. David is very patient and was willing to work with our many changes and explain in detail ideas that would work and why others would not. His goal was to provide great service to give the customer the home they want.

We had a kitchen that needed to be put back together. This company has
always been very professional since the phone call to schedule a quote. Jaqueline and David are very knowledgeable and up front with how the process goes, with every phase of the project. David and his team were professional and courteous always on time and easy to talk to. Something that resonated was how you have to hire a company you can trust, and with this company my husband and I had no worries. The company also has a beautiful office that we were able to go visit so as to pick out out colors schemes and materials. Jaqueline and David were very helpful in the sense of hearing out what we wanted and doing their best to match our plans. If we ever were not sure we could count on them to offer their professional opinion, which we trusted since they have so many years experience. David and Jacqueline kept us up to date and well informed on any changes to the projected dates or delivery delays. As a side note this project was taken on during the height of the pandemic and still with any delays in delivery or set backs the company and their ability to be transparent and honesty made the transitions easier. David had great attention to detail, if the job wasn't up to his standards he took the time to meet the highest standard of perfection he could. Through out the process he would walk with us and show the work and ask for our feedback if something needed modified or changed. He was very helpful in making us feel we have a say, and we felt comfortable asking questions or pointing out any issues we thought he may have overlooked. As a side note, we were honestly checking daily and a lot of the time there really were no issues, we were just asking about things that weren't even finished yet. This company provides professional work held to a high quality standard. It's a company my husband and I trust. We are both very happy with the results of our beautiful kitchen and are thankful we found this excellent company to take care of the whole project.

well I realy can say I give this company 5 stars. I was realy nedding our bathroom done, I had prayed and thank God to show me the workers God showed me A&A one sousre company. I can say I was very hesitated at first we had several things done in are house by different people in the past they did not do me right. well Jacqueline and David from A&A one source company they made me fell very comfortable they are a very loveing couple and cant forget Shawn the gentelman that works with David very hard workers .I just started with my bathroom thats all I realy wanted done. well things changed I needed my kithen done well we just didnt stop there we ened up doing the whole house I kidnap the wokekers I keep them here for 3 in half mounths remodeling my house. there was times I can say very stressful my husband and I l live in are house.with all this constrution .David and Jacqueline and Shawn worked with me they calmed me down they were very understanding. they got me out of my crazzyness and Jacueline is very good healping picking out colors I realy want to Thank them and Shawn all the Love and souport they gave and had to deal with me expecallly Shawn haha. we are almost finally done on the home streach almost done with painting. its more then a company its family oriented. thanks for your love and support

Worst customer service. Called twice and got hung up on the two times I called. After the 3rd time finally asked if she can hear me. She said yes. So I explained my situation. The way she was explaining was fast and unpleasant. So, we said is fine thank you. And she said nothing and hung up. Glad I didn’t end up going with them. I’ve never never left i reviews on no one first time.
