Plenty of room to maneuver. Quick loading time. Park in East lost, slide tandems, and open doors. After calling the shipping office, you'll be directed to a door. Follow blue signs through lots around trailers and between hubs. Slow down while going in between hubs, there is two way traffic on the path.

16:00 live load PU appt. I checked in 4hrs early at noon and got a door right away. I followed the signs for check in, called the number & he told me to go to door 9w in the south lot. Follow the signs for the south lot from there, it’s impossible to mess it up.

Slide tandems, open doors & park 5-10 feet from dock door to wait for yard jockey to inspect trailer. He’ll give you a paper which you take to check in office next to door 1w. Once you back in, disconnect red airline and wait for green light. I was loaded in 20mins. Friendly staff all around & fast & efficient loaders.

It is necessary to deal with too many unnecessary processes to get the load. There is no need to deal with such irregular things. I give 3 stars for the yard officer who helped me. He was a good man, everything else is just bullshit.

Drivers lined up around the block to get in. Not a very smooth check in process. Had to call their number from your cell phone. Just was not efficient at all. A lot of drivers standing around waiting because you couldn't get through to anyone. Took me about 90 minutes to get into here and checked in. Arrived at 1100 and docked at 1250 all due to check in holdup. Once docked things ran smoothly

I arrived a day before my appointment, they didn't load me but said I could try to come in the morning.
My appointment was at 5pm
I arrived at 7am, they gave me a Dock and loaded a full 44k trailer in 15 minutes

Excellent people. I went there to pick up a load but there was a mix up, I don’t do drop trailers only live loads. When I went to check in and they handed me the BOLs and told me my trailer was ready I was confused. After talking it over they told me to back into a door, brought the loaded tailer back and swapped the load really quick.

Personally had a really good experience here, checked in 2 hours before my 2pm appt (sat) , door right away, loaded asap, and gone all within 45 min!

Why do they inspect trailers so closely? Because of trailers like this. It had new landing legs with bad welds. The loader had it half loaded when the welds gave way. The rules are check in with shipping, go the area where you companies trailer are parked. Open both doors and leave them open ( if you close the doors the spotters will not know it's empty) Slide the tandems all the way back and lock them. Park in a slot with the other trailers. Make sure you doors have chains or cable hold opens not wire or bungees (automatic rejection) Get an inspection sheet and bob tail to the shipping office ( Don't take your loaded trailer to the shipping office their isn't room for it and you will block the docks) Don' block the docks or isles. You can't take your break here, If you need to take a break you can park on Lincoln street. Go up the hill to the cul-de-sac turn around go back down and park on the right. Don't park in the cul-de-sac (large fine)
