Mike was a patient, intelligent, informative and kind salesperson. He did everything he could to assist in the insurance claim process which was a nightmare at the fault of my insurance company. On install day Andre and the rest of the crew were efficient, respectful and timely. Our roof looks great. Working with A1 and especially Mike and Andre was great experience. I’d recommend them 100%

Crew arrived at 7Am and worked until around 6 PM. All crew members were professional. The job was completed and yard was left immaculate. Some of my neighbors didn't even realize I had my roof replaced. Very impressed with the work they'd done, highly recommended.

When we noticed our roof was damaged after one of the many storms we had this Summer, we didn't know what to do. Thankfully, A1 Home Improvement sent Mike Fort. He came to do the assessment of damage and helped us put in a claim with our insurance. He was with us during the whole process and was able to guide us through. Within two weeks our insurance had approved the claim. The crew that came to do the job was amazing. They cleaned up after they finished. We are very happy with our new roof.

Shout out to A1 home improvement, they did a fantastic job on siding our house and replacing our back door and storm door, adding a new bow window, beautiful , We love the color, it looks like a new house!

I’ve got nothing but the best to say from my experience. We were helped by one of their sales person named Cody. He was very helpful explaining everything and dealing with our insurance, basically taking care of everything. He was really patient trying explain everything to my mother and trying to make her understand even though she doesn’t speak English, to the point where he tried speaking Spanish (lol) which meant a lot. He even took the time to cover some spots in my roof that were exposed due to a storm, at least until it is warm enough to do the roof.

A1 just did our roof. They were fantastic. Quick and efficient. Carlos kept us informed of everything and Joshua was here making sure everything was being done correctly. Their roofers were amazing and were so organized. We highly recommend them!
