We absolutely love A-1Mcduffie. Their prices are very reasonable and with twice a week pickup it’s perfect. I recently called to order a second can and the young lady was very polite. She answered all my questions and got us all set up with no issues. We recommend them to anyone asking. 😊

We've used private garbage companies for 17 years and A-1 McDuffie is the VERY best. Price is fair, multiple ways to pay, always on time, nice garbage can provided. They notify you several times by phone if your service date will change (this rarely happens but they communicate if it does). Once I made a major error with payment, and they corrected it immediately and were as nice as they could be! I also love how they support the community and non-profit organizations.

They pick up when they get ready which is BS. They come at 7:15 am, then 9:45 am, and then 4:15 am. Seems like they try to avoid picking up cans as time changes week to week. Also they close on holidays with no makeup days, but you are still charged anyway.. No win for the customer!

Poor communication skills.
Sends written communication over holidays, price increases etc, but can't seem to send one when they change the day they pick up your trash. When I called to make sure my bill autodrafted properly because my trash pick up was weird last week and this week, I was told my date changed. However, last week, they picked the trash up on a different day then the day I was told to expect it. So who knows when or if they'll be here next week. 🙂
Been a customer for 5 plus years now.
Prices go up, quality goes down.

*Two months later (See reply) The team responded saying they reached out to me after this* THEY DID NOT. They never emailed me or called me. I know my number is right, I verified it prior. This shows the communication is still lacking. They want me to change my rating but it seems the issues are still present.

I have never in my life been So Satisfied with a my Sanitation Company! McDuffie employees are quiet and quick and efficient. They are neatly dressed, and very polite. They run on a regular schedule so I always know when they're going to be here. The can is returned neatly and exactly where it's supposed to go. They are not left haphazardly on the side of the street or knocked over in your front yard. I highly highly recommend A-1 McDuffie Sanitation!

I moved out into the county and searched and searched for a company to be our trash service. I came across A1 and looked into the service. I never regretted my decision. When we first started service we were paying every 3 months and my brain would forget that even with reminders. The company called and would say I was late on my payment and offered that I pay monthly which was a lot easier for me to do. I have seen several times them stepping up to help other companies and locations when it was needed. The whole crew has been nothing but nice kind and honest with us. Every chance I have I recommend their services. They are hands down the best company I have done business with.

I have used McDuffie Sanitation since 1996. It was a no-brainer to use them for my garbage service since they pick up twice weekly and they were the least expensive . McDuffie is such a dependable company. In the 26 years I have used them, I don’t think there’s even been five times that something happened where they didn’t pick up my garbage. That is an awesome track record! If you are looking for a dependable and reasonably priced garbage service look no further.

Had service for a year now. Mostly regular pickup times. Cans are always in good shape. Their front office is always super nice. But when I came home today and trash is all over my yard, down the street, across the road and everywhere in between, I had to let someone know. I tried to let their management know, but they just put me on hold for 15 minutes. While I did have some large boards that wouldn't fit into their automated trucks, to leave a yard and street how they did today was just plain unprofessional and indecent. Do better. Be better.
