John is the coolest plumber I've ever met! I mean he was so cool. Came right in, got straight to the root of the problem, attacked it, and got me smooth together. I will most definitely recommend him to others and use him again for my own personal needs. My basement drain was backing up. I called AA Drain Medic and explained the situation to John (the owner). First thing I noticed is how professional and friendly this man is. He showed up when he said he would and got right to work. Second thing I noticed is how determined John is to take care of my drain problem, regardless of any obstacle he encounters. Dogged determination, to say the least! He got the drain flowing and for a reasonable charge. I would highly recommend AA Drain Medic without hesitation.

The only guy to answer a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening at 8pm. John Martonette. Had the drain line opened in 10 minutes. Tried to call multiple companies. John answered immediately and arrived within 30 minutes. Very affordable price as well for an emergency call out. Gave me quote for a permanent repair. That quote was over 7x less than the previous plumbing company that came out (more than once). Afterwards, he stayed and chatted for a while. Come to find out, he's running for a County District 3 seat. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and housing (I work in low income housing). The only plumber I will call from now on.

After dealing with a low water pressure issue in my house I called John to see what the problem may be. John was able to quickly diagnose that my 85+ year old plumbing in my vintage home had reached a life limit of usefulness. He then was able to install New Pex lines throughout and had me back in service quick and efficient! Not to mention that my water pressure is fantastic even up to the second floor of my house. He even took the time to show me all the buildup of residue that had restricted the flow of water once he completed the conversion. John answered when I called in the evening, and gave us a tip to help alleviate pressure in our plumbing system until he could come. He was able to stop by first thing in the morning and came early. We had galvanized pipes and wanted to have them updated. Called AA Drain Medic. John came out gave us an estimate and crawled under our house into a very, very wet crawl space. Our crawl space is extremely wet and muddy year round. Mud covered, he got the job done!! We asked him to look at our shower as we have never had good water flow from it. He came in and did that for us also. We now have new pipes, which is better for our health and new shower hookup that is the best we've ever had. Thank you, John!!
