A friend told me about a Kansas-based hot tub dealer in Hillsboro. When I was in the area I stopped in to check it out. Met Chuck. He was more than happy to give me a tour! He has incredible knowledge and years of experience in the hot tub business, creating and building. I wanted something specific and Chuck made it happen. He has a nice variety of colors and options to choose from. My wife chose the color and we couldn't be happier! Delivery and set up was awesome. Chuck and his helper showed up on time and even coordinated with our electrician to have us up and running in no time! Chuck was very thorough in teaching us how to care for our new hot tub and how to use the bluetooth capabilities. The speakers on this thing are outstanding! We really like Chuck's great personality. He made the whole process fun and easy! Felt like we were dealing with a friend throughout the experience. We definitely recommend Aahs Spas to anyone wanting a quality made hot tub! Could not be any happier with our purchase of a hot tub from Aahs Spas about a month ago. Chuck’s extensive experience with every aspect of hot tub construction and care was evident and greatly appreciated. Can’t beat the value and the Bluetooth sound system is amazing! Jets have so much power, fully adjustable, and the construction is far superior to anything we have seen. Very low maintenance and Chuck made it so simple. Have used it every day since it arrived! From sale to service, it is clear they are passionate about maintaining their 5 star rating and we would give them 6 stars if that were possible.

My wife and I decided to get a hot tub, but were unsure what to get. I called Chuck, he invited us to come to the factory and check out how the hot tubs are made. We went and watched a shell being made, I had lots of questions which he answered and was very helpful. We decided on a unit and it was delivered and set up along with instructions . Our dealings with chuck and his company were spot on, very helpful and friendly. The price was very good and fair. I highly recommend Aahs spas to anyone ! Thanks chuck

I discovered AAhs after contacting multiple other Kansas spa stores for assistance with my "other brand" spa problems. Chuck called me back promptly and went well beyond what I expected in the line of assistance and availability of parts. He invited me down to see his facility and staff in action and he was able to provide all the parts I required to get the spa up and running again. I was overly impressed with his spas and know exactly where I'd buy a new one if/when I trade up in the future. I now definitely know where to go for supplies and maintenance issues. There's a reason I see so many five-star reviews. If you're looking for a new spa or support...look no further! His spas, knowledge, and rapid responses are unmatched!

I am a longtime hot tub owner of a “major” brand so I know my way around a tub with a decent amount of experience. I took a long hard look at Aahs Spas. I had many discussions with Chuck and he encouraged me to come to the factory and look around and see the process. I came away very impressed. The tubs are well built and they use good components. That alone sold me on Aahs Spas but even better, Chuck has outstanding service before and after the sale. He stands behind his tubs and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The price is incredibly good compared to the retail guys out there. I guarantee the retail guys don’t come close to Chuck’s service and willingness to help. With most major brands getting components and being built outside of the US, I really liked the idea of buying local. I research everything before I make a major purchase, so I highly encourage anyone to look at Aahs Spas and compare to the retail guys if they want a great tub at a great price. You won’t be disappointed! Chuck is the best!

I was looking to upgrade my hot tub and after some research I came across Aahsspas and made contact with Chuck. He invited me to see the factory and answer any and all questions. I loved that they are locally built and was impressed with the quality of materials and the craftsmanship of the hot tub. Great communication throughout the whole process! If you are in the market I suggest that you stop in and see what they can do for you!

Ahhhmazimg customer service, know how to to take really great care of their customer from initial conversation to well beyond the delivery! Would recommend 1,000,0000,000%! His delivery man was the sweetest ever he showed me all the bells and whistles and set it all up for me including filling the tub. Thanks again!

Our Kauai spa was delivered 12-09-2021. The customer service was top notched! Both Tim and Chuck took care of us with the delivery and setup of our hot tub. Tim even went the extra mile helping with the electrical setup. The following morning we enjoyed our tub over a cup of coffee! What a great product this spa is! Thank you so so much for the wonderful service!
