great little mom/pop pharmacy that goes out of their way to make sure you get the best pricing. they are always prompt with refills and will call you to make sure you are on top of your refills.

they also use an app or website which allows you to refill and pay, which saves you some time.

my endocrinologist recommended them to me as they are next door in the same medical center.

Since I make the phone call to check on my medication the lady over the phone was so nice, patient and helpful, they waited for me with the door open until almost 5 minutes before the closing time. Thank you! Specially to the bilingual lady, I think her mame Ashley

EDIT: After posting this review the manager called and provided excellent customer service and offered to at least sell me the medication while I wait for the manufacturer to replace the faulty products.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is doing nothing to avoid selling faulty medications, and when they do sell defective products, they're doing absolutely nothing to help the customer. That's the experience I've had here.

I bought two inhalers at ABC Pharmacy in Laguna Hills and they both stopped working with 60 doses remaining. I asked them to please help me by replacing the medication, because I need them to breath. I was told to contact the manufacturer.

I explained that I need this medicine at night to breath, and if I contact the manufacturer I'll have to wait for shipping. The reply I received was "I understand, but you have to contact the manufacturer."

I asked them who the manufacturer is, and they walked away to get a new product (the one I needed) and said "It's on the box, take a picture."

Before finding ABC Pharmacy, I was looking for a pharmacy that would accept a coupon from the manufacturer as the out-of-pocket price for me was too high. I had called other pharmacies but most of them told me to send the prescription first to them and then they could check. However, when I called ABC Pharmacy, they kindly checked my coupon over the phone and assured me that they could honor me that price. When my prescription arrived to their location, they quickly processed it within minutes. Although I live in Riverside (about one hour from the pharmacy), they were able to ship my medication the next day and I received it before noon. The courier was super nice and even left my package in a safe spot. Lastly, I really appreciate the small candies in package. Overall, I highly recommend ABC Pharmacy. Everyone who I spoke to was super nice.

ABC Pharmacy has been my pharmacy for several years. To this day, I continue to receive superb care and ample time with the team. I am currently under the medical care of several multiple specialty physicians, and ABC Pharmacy has always put my health as their top priority by ensuring I receive the medical care and medications I need on time. It was very evident from the moment I met the team at ABC Pharmacy several years ago their team treats their patients as individuals and does everything possible to improve their patients' quality of life by ensuring they receive the medications they need in a timely manner. I chose ABC Pharmacy as my permanent pharmacy due to the care the team has taken to help me with all of my medications. Sharon (the pharmacist) has always been very diligent in her care with my medications, and has helped me with any questions or concerns I have. Sharon is one of the most compassionate and intelligent pharmacists I have been privileged to meet - Sharon has such a beautiful heart and truly cares for her patients. Branden has been an extremely exceptional member of the team as he has taken so much time to sync my medications (and this alone was a very time consuming and challenging process given my health). Branden ensures my medications are always delivered with accuracy and on time, takes initiative with ordering future medications, requests refills for me, and excels with both his compassion and continual help with my medical needs. Branden truly cares for his patients. William has also gone above and beyond in helping me, and always is genuine and kind towards his patients. William has assisted me with tracking my packages and ensuring I receive my medications on time, and has always been so kind towards me and my medical care. The entire team at ABC Pharmacy has been exceptional. Sharon has an amazing team. I will forever be grateful and thankful to ABC Pharmacy for always treating me as an individual, and helping me with all of my medical care - all while making me feel like family - thank you ABC!!!

I've used them for years. Their service used to be great. Over the past 8 months, the service has really gone downhill.

It's difficult to get them on the phone to refill prescriptions. The phone often rings 10 times with no answer. Sometimes it goes straight to hold with no answer after 2 - 3 minutes with no answer.

The shipping service has declined too. I used to order on Monday and get my prescription the following day. Now it takes 2 or 3 days to get the medication. The shipping is so unreliable it's now safer just to pick up the medication myself.

EDIT The owner/manager called to offer help in improving service. I'm holding off on switching pharmacies.

EDIT: Since I talked with the manager, the service has been better. Because of the pandemic, shipping is so iffy that I usually pick up my prescriptions rather than have them shipped.

Literally the best pharmacy in California! The pharmacist is my all time fav, and she will always make recommendations to ensure my wife and I are receiving the newest and best treatment options. Every time I have asked her for medication recommendations to speak with my doctor about, my doctor always loves her ideas! I have been going here now for many years and they really are the best. They will also ship you your meds very fast (I get them on the same day or next day), and the staff is great. But at the end of the day, the pharmacist is my favorite ever! @Sharon!
