Terrible Return Policy.
I purchased hoses from this store, and they started leaking almost immediately. When I went back to return them, the manager refused, claiming they were "used" and could not be accepted. Extremely disappointing experience

I love this place. Everyone is always so helpful and wonderful just like the commercial says. Seriously though they really are. I made an online order through the big Ace website. The big company messed up and forgot to ship things, changed the biggest part of my order from home delivery to store pickup...did i mention it was a ride on mower? Well I went in and asked about it. Let me tell you about the best customer service I've ever had. Everyone was so nice and immediately was working to correct this. Joey chased down my missing parts in a day and built my mower and delivered it to me. Showed me how to use it (I'm new to the electric zero turn world) and was just such a great guy. I had to make a point to leave a review because let's be honest, only angry people do. I'm beyond estatic with the service there and highly recommend this Ace!

Avery in the Key cutting department was awesome. Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable about different car keys.

This local hardware store has an excellent selection of items. They also carry quite a few odds and ends that you won't find at The Home Depot. This is the only place to have keys made, the duplicates they cut will actually work. Unlike the bigger hardware stores.

Very helpful staff. Sometimes prices are a little more than Lowe’s and Home Depot, but I like the one on one service at Ace. If you need help just ask !!
