I cannot say enough things about these AWESOME Humans!! I dreaded calling them on a Sunday. Let alone at 8 am. I really needed them at 5 am, but I didn't want to bother then that early. They didn't blink an eye!!! Came out, less than 1.5/2 hours fixed!! Thank you Tracy, Tim & Mark for providing such a great business!!!

Ace refridgeration has been my HVAC repair company for years. Tracy is reliable, honest and professional. He works on heat pumps and was highly recommended to me several years ago. He does yearly maintenance on my unit and occasional maintenance.

Last Friday I posted a negative review about this company. I was given wrong information about where the company is located. I have tried to remove my review, but am not able to do so. I have since been given the correct information and wish to apologize to Ace Refrigeration for any damage I have done to their reputation.

They came to my home this morning and fixed my water heater. I have since learned that they owners do not live in Yates Center, and that they had moved 6 months ago to Iola. THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY! I apologize to the owners and any customer that might have been or will be affected by my first post. I wish with all my heart I could remove the post, but Google will not allow it. I would recommend this company to anyone who is think of using them.

The.ownersive in same small town in kansas as I do. Their office is in Iola, Ks 22 miles away. They want to charge me over 50.00 trip charge and 55.00 per hour service call just to light an elderly person's pilot light on her gas hot water heater. On limited income. They only care about the money. No concern for helping their customers who are low income.

I like the owner band employees personally. The system is very large and wish I had received all paperwork that goes along with it.
