Completely disrespectful automated system in place where loyal customers who have paid on time payments for years and received payday loans every month for years are treated like garbage. The first time I had a problem with a payment I am now blocked for life from a payday loan and nobody can fix it because it's an AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT NOONE CAN OVERRIDE. They say we understand that lif happens but we can't help you. I'm confused....that's not understanding, understanding would be a type of help but Courtney, Erick, Deidre, that answer the phones say that there is an automated system that cannot understand life but also cannot be overriden so sorry.
