A+++ across the board. Dean, Jeff, and the entire crew of guys that took care of my residential foundation project were absolutely great. Everyone was professional, super easy to work with, responsive to questions, and patient to explain everything to me. Communication was easy and they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. My project was completed ahead of schedule without being a major disruption to me or my neighbors. And the crew went above and beyond when cleaning up the job site. I would absolutely highly recommend them, they truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks very much!

I contracted Dean several years ago to fix some major foundation issues and to stabilize my 60-year-old home. He and his crew were awesome and did a wonderful job in a timely fashion. When I later had some water issues in my basement, Dean was the first person I called, and he came over immediately to assess things. Since I run my preschool business out of the basement of my home, he recognized the urgency of my situation and made me top priority. I have had no water issues since, which gives me such peace of mind! Even years later, Dean is only a phone call away if I ever have any questions, concerns, or just want to run something by him. He is the nicest guy, and he truly cares about his customers and the quality of work he gives to them.

I'm not sure I can count how many times this company has come out and helped buyers and sellers to feel comfortable, or help with repairs when needed. I'm a Real Estate investor in the area. Ive used Advanced Systems of NE Kansas for all of my foundation jobs. Each job has been priced reasonably, done professionally, and the team is extremely friendly and considerate. They have saved by butt on more than one occasion. In one instance the structural engineer was upstaged by Dean who knew more than the engineer. Dean did more than the engineer recommended because he knew that the engineer was not correct. They have done my beams, mudjacking, piers, and more. There's been more than once where I brought them out to look at a house and they gave me a recommendation that didn't involve hiring them. I highly trust what they tell me and will not be using anyone else but them.

Dean Stidham came highly recommended to be my first call for foundation problems from every real estate agent I've dealt with in Douglas county. He will not come across as a salesman, but as a man who actually cares about your situation and he'll present a plan for you to keep your home foundation together and your basement dry! We had an awesome experience with Dean! What a nice guy! We put in an urgent request for our flooding basement and he came the next day. He was super honest with us about our situation and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He told us it wasn't a foundation issue, but a landscaping issue. So therefore, we didn't need his services. But he continued to walk us through our house and exterior anyway. He gave us tools to patch our grading problem and helpful tips to keep our foundation in good shape. He is even providing us with contacts to help us. This is so hard to find when everyone is trying to bid you for their retirement and not your actual needs. 10/10!!

I utilized Dean and his expertise when I began house hunting. He quickly responded to each request I made for him to come and look at each house and it's foundation. Because of his skilled assessment and honest feedback I did look at several houses before finding the right one. It needed work to divert water runoff. It has been a success and I'm happy to report my basement is fully finished and has stayed dry since the work was completed!!
