They were quick at responding. They helped me get the right terms and also the right equipment and kept me informed as to when the parts ordered and when they could get into install it. I'm super appreciative of them.

Adam and another associate came to my home to evaluate my air conditioning system, and they were friendly, gave me hope that the issue evolved can be fixed. Adam sent me a quote two days later, which was in a timely manner and acceptable considering my financial situation, but with all that being said, when I signed the paperwork on the tablet Adam had showed me so I can sign, there was a dark screen with no contract to sign on it. I told Adam "I don't see anything on here", and he told me to just trust him, which I did and should never have had. The company ripped me off. They told me it would only be $6500 the most I would have to pay, but now they want about $13,000 Dollars including interest over 16% interest fees. I am on disability and get under 1000 Dollars monthly from the SS office. Adam knew that. Why are they doing that to me? That's why I say they are a ripoff company. Taking it from the poor for their own good. Plus, the issue is still not fixed as to what they promised me.

65 yo ladies house. In sylacauga. Package unit. These guys charged her $500 to blow out an ant bed in unit. Unit still wasn't working. Came back out Told her she needed new unit. $25,000

Her problem? She was out of propane.

Awful experience DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
THEY CAME OUT ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND CLEANED OUR UNIT AND LET US KNOW THAT WE WOULD NEED A NEW ONE. THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME THE COMPANY BECAME AWARE THAT WE MAY NEED A NEW UNIT BUT WE DECLINED BECAUSE THE CLEANING FIXED IT. THEN ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO THE HEATER STOPPED AGAIN AND THEY CAME BACK OUT. THERE WAS BAD WEATHER COMING UP AND WE REQUESTED A QUOTE -ONLY IT NEVER CAME.
THE COMPANY WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO BE MORE CONCERNED WITH SIGNING US UP FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP THEY COULD BILL US FOR THAN ACTUALLY FIXING OUR UNIT. NOBODY EVER SENT A QUOTE NOBODY EVER ATTEMPTED TO HELP US EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW THAT WE NEEDED A NEW UNIT. WE WILL CERTAINLY BE CANCELING OUR MEMBERSHIP AND WE WILL CERTAINLY BE USING ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND DOESN'T LEAVE THEM WITH BROKEN UNITS WITH NO AVAILABLE OPTIONS TO FIX IT. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYBODY USE. CALL A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY CARES SO YOU DON'T GET PUSHED TO THE SIDE LIKE WE DID.

It was definitely y'all and you definitely left us with no quote and a monthly bill for nothing. I will not be calling or trusting your company again. Who doesn't have time to put a quote together for a family with a child in the winter when their heater is broke?
Apparently y'all. So thanks but no thanks. It's been weeks since y'all were here and we certainly don't want to use your company again.

Last year I had a problem with my ac unit leaking and I called Affordable and they came right out and made the needed repair. They told me about a program they offered for a small fee each month they will provide a check of your equipment each year and a discount if you need their services. Just had my annual checkup and the service technician came on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. They are easy to work with as I had to reschedule my appt and work around my schedule.

New years day my motor went out on our unit. I called and spoke to the front desk receptionist and she was absolutely so sweet, helpful and welcoming. The technician came and fixed my unit for a reasonable cost compared to others in the area. Definitely recommend when you have a ac/heating issue.

Great company, with even better owners and management. Honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Hard working employees who are neat and carry themselves professionally. If a problem can be fixed they will fix it and not try to push new units on you just to make more money.
