These guys are top notch. They came out and replaced a 20+ year old AC unit in one day, the installers (Michael & Alex) were very professional and pleasant, they took great care in protecting the house floors and attic areas, did a very nice job installing the outside unit, I couldn't be happier with my installation. Do yourself a favor and call them the next time you have AC problems, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing pair of individuals (John and Wesley if I recall correctly). They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional. They kept me in the loop so I wasn't wondering where they were. They set realistic expectations, gave me options, and made recommendations but weren’t pushy and didn't try to sell me anything. They were quick with the repair to get me up and running and set up a call back for a tech to come back to give me an estimate for a new install. They spoke highly of their company and other coworkers. I've had an amazing experience from the start (the girl who did the intake call was wonderful too) to finish and hope it continues with the next technician. Thank you.

Update: Evrrything still excellent. Comfort specialist came out, Charles, and was amazing. Thank you. I am planning on working with the company to get a new air conditioner. I cannot say enough great things.

My HVAV Service with Air Specialty was great. The technician was both very thorough and professional. He was also knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Also their maintenance agreement was competitive (Probably Best in Class).

This company used to be a great Christian company that was worried about serving their customers instead of their bottom line.

With recent changes in ownership, that is no longer the case. Refusing to do regular needed maintenance on my system until I agree to do a multi-thousand dollar repair. That is not necessary, because the problem is solved with a $10 can of evaporator coil cleaner. This I will not be recommending this company in the future to any friends or family for service needs

In addition to all of the above feedback listed, apparently they also like to disclose personal information and work product from their customers' files all over the internet for everyone to see.

Not the actions of a responsible service vendor , and even further reason I will not be recommending them to tohers in the future

The complete process was handled professionally. Everyone was friendly, from the owner, office workers, all the way down to the installers. We had a complete removal and new install done in 1 day. The crew worked together great and had us up and running by the end of that day. Thank you Air Specialty
