We had an incredible experience at Aitoro’s, and it was all thanks to Benny! From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, making sure every question we had was answered promptly. His consultative approach truly set him apart—he took the time to understand our vision, walked us through the best options for our needs, and helped bring our dream kitchen to life.

Benny’s expertise, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He never pressured us into decisions but instead provided thoughtful recommendations that fit our style and budget. His dedication and customer-first attitude were evident in every interaction.

If you’re shopping for appliances, do yourself a favor and ask for Benny. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting everything just right. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend both Benny and Aitoro’s!

This is my first review of a business. I regret is is a negative review of the salesperson, Benny Mantz from whom we purchased a Sub Zero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher and Viking range.

From the start Mr. Mantz came across as disingenuous. He did not listen, and was inconsistent in returning phone calls.

Our refrigerator and dishwasher were delivered and installed before our range. Today, Saturday, our range was delivered. Our old range was removed from our house. However, Benny failed to follow through to confirm the installation could be done on Saturday. So, we have our new, partly disassembled range sitting in the middle of our kitchen and disconnected from the gas line. Therefore it is safe to say the range is inoperable.

Benny would not return my call regarding this glitch. Professional salespeople speak to their customers when things go awry. Benny did, however, email me to blame his operations manager for the glitch.

Those who remember The Brownstone, will remember our sales team partners, Celeste and Mariana. While they were not perfect, they did their upmost to prevent glitches. Yes, they followed through from start to with every order. But what set them apart from other salespeople was their genuine respect for their customers, their desire to build relationships with their customers. and their love for our business. When a glitch happened, they picked up the phone and called their customer. Our team of three would have paid for the meals that resulted from the lack of a working range, and we would have refunded our customer's range installation fee.

Would Benny do this? No, he would not.

I was very happy with the service I received. Jesse was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. The appliances were delivered a week later and the three delivery guys were amazing. They were very careful not to damage any of the walls or doors when taking out the old appliances and replacing them with the new appliances. We had ordered two pedestals for the washer in the dryer unfortunately those came in the wrong color. One of the delivery guys called the store ordered the proper ones and they were delivered the next day. Overall great experience with Aitoro Appliance.

We recently went to Aitoro Appliance looking to purchase a washer, dryer and kitchen appliances. Not knowing what to expect, we came across a sales person named Benny.
He showed us around the store and then we explained to him some of the restrictions in area we had for some our purchases. Benny was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient helping us find what we needed. In fact, I would say we put him through the wringer (lol) with some of our request. He handled all the issues we presented Knowledgeably and pleasantly. In this day and age, it was really nice too be taken care of by a nice person who was auch a pro.
If you need an Appliance purchase I highly recommend Aitoro appliance. And if you want exceptional and knowledgeable treatment, ask for ‘Benny’. You will be happy you did.

Benny helped me enormously. He was swamped on Columbus Day. He said he’d call me back with a bit of info. And he did. My request was to possibly order a very small freezer. This has to have been the dinkiest order Aitoro has ever been asked about. Benny found two in minutes. The one we both thought would be great was delivered in days and is now purring in my kitchen.
