Let's talk about how the staff here thinks they are better than everyone that comes in as a customer. Never in my life have I ever been looked at with such disgust by a clerk. They don't even have to sound like they are even remotely interested in you at all. They aren't. I have a problem with people that think they are better than me without even knowing me. We all go through hard times, some of us may even reflect this in our appearances. Big deal. Take a picture, ladies, the scene would last longer for you I'm sure. Completely dissatisfied with their services and in fact, if I can help it, will never enter the lobby again I much prefer the machine all day outside on the wall. It doesn't smirk at me or even talk verbally and condescendingly to me at all. That is sad when the machine wins the battle for customer service. What have we lost as humans? The actual care for others? Alabama Power, get it together. We surely pay enough for your power it wouldn't hurt to employ people that care for others. It's a reflection that always wins.

My washing machine broke. I’ll call to have it serviced because it was still under warranty. The man that they had working for them that comes out to fix your appliance. He was an African-American never came out. He told me several times when I call that he was coming to fix my machine he never came, and then the pandemic hit, I went and reported him to the Alabama power Company in Gadsden, and he told them that he came out and fixed to my machine. He lied he now has his own business. He refurbishes used appliances and resells them. I wouldn’t trust him as far as I could see, can’t think of his name, but his shop is right off of East broad next to the barbershops behind make me over.

Just wanted to take the time to say that Wynetta Moutry was so pleasant and helpful. I have purchased several appliances with Alabama Power, and each time she has had the best customer service.
