I have to give a shout out to Miss Patty, who was at the main gate, and Mr Bob, who was at gate 4 at the time I called in to find out where I needed to go. So once gate 4, there are signs their to tell you on the road.

Arrived at gate 4, make sure you get out and go to the door a lady has a mask on so she's going to be sounding like a squeaky mouse and tell you the enter that open window you give her your information and she will proceed to tell you where to go.

I did get lost but I revamped myself, came back around and what you do is you go down make a quick left there's going to be train tracks that you cross it looks like it's small but it's not. Crossbows train tracks and make another left, and you have those doors, I believe, four five and six. There's enough room for you to park your truck and go into that door in the video that I showed you and basically let them know you're there. I think the gentleman took about 45 minutes to load me all the paper rolls. My trailer was not the cleanest, but they were such gentlemen that they went ahead and cleaned it out for me.

Now you just sit back, and you just wait until they're done, and they're giving you your paperwork back at the main gate 4 where you came out of. And it pretty much you're done

Quick and fast loading for my cargo van! Go to Gate 4 and have a PU# or point of contact! The storeroom is on road 5! Store times are in the picture.

Security guard was very polite and friendly , assignme door right away and the shipping team finished in about 35 min . Appt 2/25/24 @ 5am .

I have to say I had a great experience getting loaded here. They knocked it out in under 30 minutes, and were very friendly. They even wanted to make sure they had the load's weight distributed perfectly. I have to give these guys props at the roll docks. It's not often we get to deal with such professionalism.

Nice folks. I dealt with the dry van shipping. You have to sit inside which can be a little tedious in some places but not so much here. They do not lolly gag about in any sense of the word. I think it's just one guy doing the loading. I play solitaire on my phone while I'm waiting and this morning I only got through 2 games which for me is around 4.5 mins and he got me loaded up to 44000 which is about nose to the most forward tandem position. Shortest load time I've ever had including a load I picked up one time that was literally 3 pallets. Lol
