Great experience, staff very helpful on pick-up and return. We didn't realize we had to return to Regional airport, vs International. (We went to wrong airport.) Pays to read the receipt! Still had plenty of time to catch our flight. Car was immaculate.

Terrible customer service from the lady at the front counter at 8 am Feb 21st 2035. Ended up having to call Alamo's escalation desk. She was extremely loud and overbearing and would not allow anyone to speak. Even her Manager Calvin could not resolve her contentious attitude. I understand some people are meant to work customer service positions but this woman surely is meant for a job without direct contact with people.

Overall, the rental experience was ok. The agents, condition of the car, etc. was great. The problem I encountered had to do with the previous renter or worker. The vehicle was a brand new Nissan Altima and it wreaked of marijuana! It was embarrassing to say the least. I had a work meeting to attend and had to give a disclaimer about the smell. After driving the car for 25 minutes, my clothes, hair, etc. wreaked of pot. I had to let the others attending the meeting know that the scent came from the car and that I HAD NOT been smoking marijuana.

Amazing staff !
My flight was delayed for ~2h, arriving after midnight = after hours.
The lady answered all my call , my questions before my flight, and she was here waiting for me (and others passagers) when I landed at ~00.30am. (+1h after the official closing time !), so huge thanks for the lady who did the work above of expectations on Friday July 17th 😉

The Alamo kiosk is inside the terminal, car are parked just in front (3min walk).
