As a fellow business owner, I am shocked at the lack of professionalism I experienced with Alaska Marble and Granite. While the fabrication with Michel was great, the overall customer service was terrible with Yamalee. My calls were often ignored, and I was not given a reasonable timeline for the installation, which was delayed by six months. When the countertops were finally fabricated, they got the design wrong, requiring me to purchase additional granite slabs to fix their mistake—only to be charged again for "fabricating what I originally requested."

Despite multiple meetings to discuss my kitchen goals, they assured me everything was achievable, yet frequently cited difficulties with a simple mitered edge, causing another six-week delay for the correction. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service throughout the process was appalling. I strongly advise against using this company based on my experience.

We LOVE our new granite countertops! All their granite slabs are curated, ensuring each is beautiful. They sealed the counters twice. The cuts are perfect. Due to the pattern and their artistic skill, the seam is unnoticeable. We highly recommend Alaska Marble and Granite for your kitchen, bath, and countertop needs!

Alaska Marble and Granite did a PHENOMENAL job with my custom, “floating” honed quartz bathroom vanity. Yamaly was super patient and great to work with as I figured out the design, and the whole team was extremely professional and competent when measuring and installing in my home. AMG has been awesome to work with. I had a rock slab that I wanted to mimic their custom bear wall mount as well as try and get end tables from. Yamely and team provided great ideas based on the stones fabric to create the best visual and maximize the stone for end tables. They also provided realistic timeline for custom fabrication. There was great communication as they had me come in to recheck and verify dimensions prior to cutting. Fabrication team did a terrific job

Best countertop place in town! We’ve worked with Alaska Marble and Granite on multiple occasions and could not be happier! On the most recent occasion we ordered our countertops from them and also had them demo the old and install the new tops. They were so helpful throughout the whole process - which is a little tricky these days with all the supply chain issues. They have a tremendous selection, top notch customer service, great installers and are super responsive. This is exactly what a well run business looks like. True professionals!
