Keith and associate Andy were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time to install triple-pane German style tilt windows in our home. They installed a large triple panel living room window, a medium size basement window, and a patio door with an attached panel window in two days. They left our home cleaner than when they arrived! I would highly recommend Alaska Window Installers to replace your windows and doors. We were extremely pleased with the quality of service and product! Keith is a really nice guy, too, and made many wonderful suggestions for replacing my old windows with triple pane windows. We are so pleased with his recommendations! He came on time, completed the job when he said he would, and left everything immaculate! And no additional costs/fees after the work was done! He replaced every window (10), 4 sets of triple panel sliding doors, and our front and back doors. I have highly recommended him to friends and would highly recommend him to strangers!

The owner and Chet were great!. They helped us find and alternative to a part wr needed for an old alaskan window. Chet even helped us understand how to install the new part. He was awesome. We will go back again for our window needs.

I have just went through my second round of window replacement and of all the contractors I've dealt with in this town they are so far the best. They show up when they say they will, they have everything they will need to get the job done on schedule, they do a great job installing and sealing the window and they clean up after themselves.
