Tom (the dad) and his son (Franky) are trying to do the best they can with what they have and the small but much appreciated blessings that have been bestowed upon them by the big man upstairs. They have been able to accomplish what they have due to the support of their wives and children and maybe some people at their church. God fearing gun totin family business working twice as hard for half as much just trying to chase the American dream that seems to be evaporating for all of us.

Good price, did all the work within the price range they gave us and everything looks great. Replaced water line, heat tape, pump wiring, and some fixtures going to the pressure tank. Happy with everything. Lose a star cause I called them Feb 1st and they didn't come out till Oct 23rd. So 8 months wait for availability is not ideal. Luckily our job was not urgent, just needed to be done before sub zeros set in.

Quoted us $9,400 to drill a new well in the back yard, including clearing a path through our woods. They came and tore up our woods clearing a path, THEN went to check if the well could go there. It couldn’t, so they tore up the woods for nothing. Price stayed at $9,400 even tho they brought the excavator out for nothing.

So grateful to have water once again!! Leonard knows his job and does it “well”...literally!! He was spot-on with his estimation of what our issue was with our well pump, gave me a verbal quote and then within an hour or two, it was finished. )Most of that time was him just getting the needed supplies.) Finally!! Good customer service in Alaska that made me smile when I wrote them the check!!

$850 a hour to blow air down a well...crazy.
Had Tom come to "blow out well" which took 20 min drive from shop and 20min blowing air down well (at property about 15-20 min) and then 20 min drive back to shop. I understand equipment cost and a man for hour of labor. Charged $850!
I don't mind paying $150-$200 a hour..but $850 a hour bill is ridiculous
He didn't care at all.
Wont use or recomend again.

Very responsive and professional. They made it to my house within 2 hours of a call, having to finish another project first. Fair and more than reasonable in price and billing. They know wells and well systems. I will call them anytime I have a need. Use this company with confidence.

They installed a brand new septic system at my house 7 years ago. Within 3 years the pipe going to the septic system had popped off and I had to make them come out and fix it. Needless to say they were not happy. Now at year 7 there is a dip in the same pipe and my leach field is failing and has to be replaced. So I would only use them if you really just want to continue to have septic issues.
