Great store and friendly service. Huge selection of disposable vapes some with 15,000 Puffs which is the most I have ever seen. And priced very reasonably considering where they are located in the world and that they are the only shop in this town.

Welp. Came in to grab a pipe and some tobacco. The shop was clean and stuffed with an astounding array of bongs but he only had novelty pipes from LOTRs. I bought one but he didn’t sell pipe tobacco. Maybe I’m a grumpy old man but in my mind a smoke shop should sell tobacco…especially if they stock pipes.

I came here when my last Juul pod ran out and unfortunately none are sold anywhere in Ketchikan. I told the sales person that my only requirement in a flavor was for it to not have an “icey” flavor. They showed me a couple flavors but in the end recommended one that they sold allot of and would work for me.

After I paid, they recommended that I try it in the store to make sure it worked. Guess what? Icey flavor…Response from the sales guy “oh sorry about that, well have a nice day….

What would of happened if it didn’t work? They’d probably replace it. But if they recommend a flavor and it’s the complete opposite of what they say it’s an “oh sorry” and you’re screwed out of $46 dollars you just spent.

The manager is a big mouth. They sell mostly Chinese junk glass and overpriced vapes. Just go online and you’ll get the same stuff cheaper and without being mistreated

I'm moving to Alaska, and the ferry stopped here for a few hours, and I walked down to this store. Super friendly and helpful, and I was surprised that the prices were actually very fair. They have a great selection of everything and a very pleasant atmosphere. Even if it wasn't the only vape shop, I'd go here. Thank you guys!

Tried to give it a shot despite price point. Reselling counterfeits at full price. Maybe don't do that when the vape bars you're selling come with counterfeit proof serial numbers. Contacted Lost Vape company and they said the Orion was definitely counterfeit. $40 spent, tasted terrible day one even after charging. I'll go back to the other place in town that sells puffs, it's cheaper and they aren't counterfeit.

These folks saved me when my bag was left in the Seattle Terminal while I was rushing to get on a cruise ship. All my vapes liquid money credit cards medication and my Mac book was in that bag. Luckily it was found in the scanner and safely tucked away and ALASKAN PIPELINE IN JUNEAU SET ME UP. Day after the ship left port my device failed but they shipped a new one right away and have shown incredible customer service. Thanks Rob Julia and Tina

Visited this place in late May 2023, the girl at the counter was friendly as could be and helped me find a 5.10 vaporizer that has been working great ever since the purchase. Enjoyed my visit and the price wasn't any higher than anywhere else you'd find in the U.S.
