Terrible service.. They took almost 1 1/2 for them to semi complete a water damaged throughout my kitchen, living room, hallway and den. I had to live in my home without a stove/ kitchen/ sink. They tell you a date they will resume work then something else comes up and prolong the work. Their workers are not experienced and argue among each other while working. They left all thrash behind. Furthermore, when you report to them that their workers damaged door jambs, when they installed flooring. The managers ignore you as if that's not their issue.. Terrible service, in particular horribly communication with the customer..

It was just a pure pleasure getting my home restored by Rainbow International. Excellent customer relations skills from top to bottom. The work was very professional and you would just be amazed after the completion of the job. One of if not the worst companies I have ever dealt with! They started work on my sisters small hall bathroom in early July 2017 and now it is late October and it is still not completed yet. phone calls not returned for several days and they say we will be on site at 9am and show up at 11 or noon. Sometimes they are a complete no show. The project manager showed up the first day for about 5 minutes and has not been seen since. Then once the workers are there for a couple of hours they say we are gonna go for a lunch break and are gone for 2 to 3 hours, or never show back up for that day. When I ask the workers the next day what happened. They tell me the boss told them to do work on another job! I will probably have to file a lawsuit against this shady company as well as contact the California contractors license board and BBB!

Rainbow Restoration work was high quality. The team was very professional and helpful in working within our desired parameters. I recommend using them for any kitchen remodeling or bathroom renovation.

the worst service i've ever had from a company. There is no communication between them and the people that work for them. Their manager gus tells you the workers will be there at 11:am and they don't show up until 5 hrs later. Never will i recommend this company to even wash my toilet.they suck!!! Don't know how they stay in business the way they work and treat people. People do not hire this company you'll be sorry.forgot to put my name. I want them to see who wrote this. Dale stevens
