Since Alex of Fort Scott heating and cooling doesn’t seem to think leaving our property and belongings like this is an issue I would love to just publicly warn people to stay away from this poor excuse of a “professional” company. Said he forgot to bring his own equipment then said “well your vacuum has stuff in it so I dumped it”. Also claims his wife must have used the facemask for something and also claims it was just a little water left in our shopvac. This is a completely disrespectful and unacceptable.

Alex always comes to my rescue. My hvac had a leak inside of the unit inside of house had two other hvac companies in fort scott didn't find it wasn't that hard probably just didn't want to. He fixed everything and worked fine extremely hard working even came to my house one time after 8pm. I'll always go with him because he goes the extra mile unlike others.

Alex Heating and Air is the most reliable, responsive and affordable Heating and Air contractors I've ever hired. I called Alex first thing in the morning after our a/c went out and within the hour he was at my door ready to work. He not only correctly found and fixed the the broken part he also found several other issues that lead up to what caused the part failure and serviced those issues to prevent possible future problems. Instantly we felt the difference in our a/c performance! I highly recommend this man for all of your HVAC repair and maintenance needs!

Sunday evening I called Alex and he said he would be over in an hour. My husband was at work, so Alex brought his wife over as well to make me feel more comfortable. He talked me through the whole repair process and was very polite and kind. He did a great job of fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Alex is awesome. He didn't try to gouge me and only reommended things I really needed. He replaced a fan and I asked him if I should replace another in another unit that was the same age. He said I could but he would just wait until it failed too. No pressure to replace old units either.
