17 an hour for welding? Psh. Employment agencies can offer higher paying jobs with no skill. Hot and unprepared establishment with most time spent twiddling my thumbs. While I was getting paid just not the place for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to stay busy. Nice people except for the depressed lady who doesn't know jack about welding yet it's her "job" to inspect finished parts. Sounds like meaningless purpose to me but hey whatever keeps your boat from sinking. On top of that the depressed old lead welder who couldn't be happy to let me shine as outperforming him with only 2 weeks welding there made him uncomfortable. Just a different breed. They have TONS of work to do in order to claim themselves a place where u can work. Glad to have found something paying me more worth while at 22 an hour with actual opportunities for over time. What a joke.
