Allegiate is like no other gym I’ve attended. Everything from the quality of the equipment, the technology, the cleanliness, the coaches and most of all the advanced programming is top notch. Classes are small, everyone is engaged, and there is a strong sense of community. I’ve only been attending for a month and already am seeing some great results. If you’re on the fence, or just need a new experience, join! Allegiate is elite in a sea full of gyms and classes.

The first gym that’s ever gotten me to go to the gym. 🙂 I like that the format of the gym is all classes, that the class size is small, and that the coaches really get to know you and push you beyond what you think you can handle without completely destroying you haha. Some gym cultures make me feel intimidated, but the culture at Allegiate is very friendly and supportive. Go Allegiate!

It is hard for me to believe I have completed 50 sessions already. The classes at Allegiate are incredible. On my very first day of class, I have to admit I was a bit intimidated. However, all the trainers are so supportive it keeps you coming back for more. If you are looking to get stronger or back in shape join team Allegiate. You will not be disappointed!

Wow. Just wow! I am so impressed by this gym, from the trainers to the regimen. I was part of their six-week transformation program and learned so much about lifting form, nutrition, and creating habits to set yourself up for success. To me, it felt like much more than a place to workout; it felt like a place where you change your lifestyle to create a more healthy, active life. Shoutout to Cody and Kumar who were so helpful with onboarding. While the workouts can seem intimidating, the staff and other gym members are not at all. It's a very welcoming, kind environment. I can't recommend this place enough.

I stopped in for a trial class and had a really great workout for it being my first strength training session! All of the staff members here are super welcoming, supportive, and great at what they do. An added plus is that the space itself is pristine!

Allegiate Century City is incredible! The tldr is I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into shape (whether getting back into the groove, or finding a groove for the first time). All of the programs are based on thorough sport science research and the trainers personalize everyone's experience, giving needed technique corrections and pushing you to achieve more than you thought possible.

Longer version...My wife and I were looking to get back into shape after having our first kid. I had past experience in strength training (but was very out of shape), but it was brand new for my wife.

The incredible trainers at Allegiate met us both where we were at, helping us build strength, endurance and comfort in the weight room at our own paces. They helped me rebuild the movement/flexibility needed to start stacking on more weight, and they helped my wife build a baseline level of comfort in the weight room.

Both of us feel stronger and in better shape than we thought possible to ever hit again. Showing up and completing the program consistently week over week will guaranteed get you the results you are looking for.

Allegiate Century City is amazing. Me and my husband were looking to get back into a workout routine after our first child. My husband saw an instagram ad for Allegiate and we decided to try out. I had never really lifted weights so was a bit intimated at first but so glad I tried it. The first week is really really hard and I felt very sore (lol), but it got better over time, so you just need to stick to the first few weeks. Now, I’m 50 classes in and 3 months and feel so much stronger. The coaches (Kirk, Forrest, Jerod) are great and they will push you hard but also help find modifications if you have an injury or aren’t able to do a particular exercise. Highly recommend

Been coming here for 6 months now and I love this place. I’ve never felt stronger - you’re constantly challenging yourself and working different muscles. I also just love how everything is so calculated from tracking your weights to the exercises they choose for each block. If you want a friendly and supportive environment that’s gonna push you and make you stronger I definitely recommend Allegiate.
