This company is negligent in many ways. I was driving on I-15 outside of Flagstaff and an 18-wheel truck swerved by me going at least 90 MPH. The truck was carrying rocks, which had a canvas top on the truck to prevent the rocks from flying out. The canvas was not tied down on the back and when the truck cut me off, several rocks flew out of the truck and completely cracked my windshield and scratched/dented the hood of my car. I drove up to see who did this and the truck had “Alliance Streetworks” written on the side. I called them to tell them what happened, and Julie (an employee) told me they’d get back to me about fixing my windshield. That was 4 months ago. I have been calling every week to see when they will fix it, but they now ignore my calls. Julie lied to me and the company has been extremely neglectful and dishonest.
