I have had the pleasure of knowing ALS Construction (Al Sakhafi, General Contractor) for more than 30 years. Al has performed work for Beaumont Property Management on multiple types of work from replacement of hot water heaters to total home renovations. Al recently solved a complex problem with a leaking roof at my personal residence in Monterey. I have firsthand knowledge & observations of the superb quality of his work in the restoration, expansion and /or complete construction of restaurants, roof replacements and complicated plumbing and concrete projects for my company and other clients.

I have had the pleasure of working with ALS Construction on several projects now, most recently on a new restaurant project. I have worked most closely with Al, the owner of the company. ALS Construction & Renovation are truly amazing. They recently remodeled and updated our new home we purchased. The work they completed is not only amazing, it is more than I dreamed possible.
