My husband and I took out mother to have her fingerprints done with Ameriascan in Sun City and the staff was great! They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The staff explained the entire process and answered all our questions.The price was very reasonable and their hours fit our needs. The staff also speaks Spanish and they were able to help my mother who doesn’t speak English. I highly recommend this business!

My mom and I were looking for a place to have our fingerprints done for our job, we currently reside in AZ but not that area. We live in a different city and we just so happened to be in the area and heard about this spot! I googled it, looked at the 1 review and wanted to try it! The staff did a very amazing job with us , very respectful, knowledgeable and patient. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Ameriscan to anyone else in need of Fingerprints and background checks!

I will be very honest about my experience, Ana and her staff were very friendly & seemed to be understanding initially.

When I called her after 4 failed fingerprint submissions. She took zero responsibility, alluding to the fact that she does this daily and makes no mistake that it might be because of the criminal background check. This couldn't be further from the truth, and she saw the rejection letter and reasons for the rejection was: The prints were too rolled over and used the same copies.

I was shocked that Ana not only wouldn't work with me to find a middle ground, but she refused accountability and literally said she would not give us a refund. Which is absolutely horrible business practice no matter how nice you are, your character is in question. Enjoy the $85 I hope it changes your life. Meanwhile, someone is out of work because of the quality of prints you administered to the government. You shouldn't take lightly people livelyhoods!

Recently I was fingerprinted by Ameriascan for a PMD License that requires fingerprint clearance. The process was super easy, quick, clean (digital), and I just loved how knowledgeable and courteous the team was the entire time.

When it's time to hire technicians going forward, you bet I'm going to send them to Ameriascan!
