Had to have some repair work and some mold remediation done. During the process we found more damage and a dangerous electrical issue. David was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process going above and beyond doing an excellent job. We hired American Dream for an installation of an in wall air conditioning unit, attic pull-down stairs and attic flooring, a wall repair and trim, and a deck repair. David and his crew not only come off very friendly, polite and informative but they have incredible experience when it comes to detail, stability and durability when it’s comes to the work they give there customers.

Being a new homeowner leads to allot of fixes and improvements you would like to make, we wanted a concrete pad island in our backyard for the outdoor furniture and something our kids can play on and we also needed a new stairway leading to the backyard. American Dream Contracting gave us a fair price you couldn’t beat because the end results was solid, everlasting craftsmanship. The kids are happy, we are happy and we will keep ADC as our FIRST solution to any of our needs for home improvement

I would highly recommend American Dream Contracting. They did a great job on replacing my bay window. A fantastic job on matching up with the existing cedar siding on my home. They careful of my shrubbery and cleaned the area up nicely.
