Workmanship was mostly finished, but the real cherry on top was when I asked about deburring a handle for an emergency exit window, and was told "well, I guess they'll just have to cut their hands instead of being in a building on fire". Amateur hour nonsense, would not recommend.

Note: This was not work done for me personally, but for an organization at which I used to work.
