Called i had a leak in my basement in the ceiling the responses was quick they were out within an hour! I can see why the technician or owner or who ever he was, was rude complaining about how long it took him to find water valve to shut the water off was huffing and puffing seemed like he was having trouble walking and moving around talking rough not friendly told me on price after finding the problem and knowing exactly what the job entails and what he needed to do decided to change the price!!! most company’s charge 99 dollars to come initially. he charged 125 as i told him he was rude and i didn’t want him to do the job! I paid him the 125 as he proceeded to say u know i did more work then the visit and he couldn’t believe i thought he was rude told him u got ur 125 and basically wanted him to leave!!! He did with no problem! But I see how they were able to respond so quickly if that’s how u treat ur customers then business must be slow extremely disappointed i would not recommend this company i would give zero stars if i could.
