Title: A Disappointing First Impression

I recently had an encounter with the staff at this establishment, and unfortunately, it left me with a less-than-pleasant first impression. From management to clerks, the overall demeanor was surprisingly unfriendly, especially during phone interactions. This initial experience has left me questioning what the working environment might be like within the organization.

The unfriendliness began with the management, who came across as rather cold and unapproachable during our phone conversation. This lack of warmth and cordiality was unexpected and disappointing, as I believe that a positive and respectful attitude from leadership sets the tone for the entire workplace.

The same unfriendly tone continued when speaking with the clerks. It's disheartening to encounter a lack of professionalism and courtesy, as these qualities are essential in customer-facing roles. A courteous and helpful demeanor is not only crucial for providing excellent customer service but also contributes significantly to the overall atmosphere within the organization.

While it's important to acknowledge that first impressions may not always accurately reflect the entirety of a workplace culture, my experience has left me with concerns about the overall friendliness and professionalism of the staff. It's disconcerting to imagine what the working environment might be like if the initial interaction was any indication.

I hope that this feedback is taken constructively, as a positive and welcoming atmosphere can greatly enhance both customer experiences and employee satisfaction. I believe that fostering a more friendly and approachable environment will not only benefit customers but also contribute to a more positive and productive workplace for everyone involved.

The sad part is that the reviews for this company are excellent. which is why I am disappointed with my first impression

I was impressed by this company’s set up inside, it was the cleanest machine shop I’ve ever stepped foot in. I do not work here but I was invited to attend free electrical classes on the weekends. Not only were the classes informative but I think it speaks a lot about the company’s vision & values. The whole staff had such a positive attitude. I will definitely use this company for all our machine shop needs in the future.

This company offers various different services such as all machine shop needs & they even sell bearings, motors, fasteners etc. It’s a good one stop shop to get all your needs, never been disappointed by their excellent customer service. They specialize specifically in custom urgent jobs & one of the only companies open late at night. Highly recommend them!
